Personal Development Book Club

Hi, I'm Alicia, and I'm a self-proclaimed book lover. Whether you know me well or just a little, it's no secret that I'm passionate about reading and collecting books. If you've seen the clinic's library, you might even say I enjoy buying books more than reading them!
 

Reading isn't just a hobby for me; it's a simple and affordable way to grow, learn and become a better version of myself over time.

Something that really concerns me is how disconnected our community has become. If we don't take action, that disconnection will only continue to grow.

Did you know that loneliness can be as harmful as smoking 15 cigarettes a day? It's time to face the reality of making new friends as adults–if you're looking for like-minded people, why not start here?

Thinking about joining, ask yourself:

Are you looking for a a way to help you understand yourself better?
Do you have the intention of reading books to guide you on your personal health journey but never find the time or motivation?

Are you looking for like-minded people who can support you and who are going on a path of self-discovery themselves?

The BOOK CLUB is FREE and led by Dr. Alicia Motuz ND.

The only cost is the price of the books. (You may even be able to borrow it for free from the library.)
Most months it will take as little as 15 minutes a day – perfect way to start a new habit! This could be a new morning routine or help you unwind before sleep.

 

After the first meeting, each session will feature a selection of three books to choose from on a specific topic.

We meet THURSDAYS at 6:30 p.m. 

6:30 – Socializing with community and refreshments 

7:00 – Discussion led by Dr. Alicia Motuz ND, will be pretty informal, you can share, you can listen—go with your
              comfort level

8:00 – End
